Delivery Information

Delivery Information offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all countries. Your shipping confirmation will be received only when your items are fulfilled. Please fill in your both account email and order number in order to monitor order status. For orders placed, most in-stock items ship within 24 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. Please note we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Expedited orders cannot be delivered on weekends or holidays. Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day. Occasionally, items may be out-of-stock or backordered. You will be alerted in both instances. In the event of a backorder, you will be provided an approximate shipment date.


1. Shipping Time


Shipping time is 7-15 working days to most countries, 2-4 weeks for Brazil and Russia.

DHL Shipping: 2-5 working days

EMS Shipping: 3-7 working days

If it has not been signed by the receiver in 2-3 days (DHL) or 1 week (EMS) or 2 weeks (Registered Airmail), the package would be returned to the sender, so please pay attention to the arriving time of the package

2. Processing Time


The average processing time is approximately 1-2 business days; please note that the processing time can also be affected by the stock status of individual items, the time of the year, national holidays, etc. However, it can also be affected by the item's stock status. For popular items experiencing stock availability issues. Some order can take longer to process. Note: In orders with more than one item, the processing time will be based on the item with the longest processing time.


Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is outside our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.


3. Tips for shipping


A) We are doing our best to make the promised time, please understand our warehouse are working only on business days, so please remember to enjoy the sunshine even there's a day or two difference in the ETA, and by the way, we will inform you proactively if something is wrong.


B) Phone number is required for delivery. Leave correct email address in your order so that order confirmation and shipping confirmation will be sent.


C) Your address should be detailed enough, even include apartment or unit number. Nondelivery or extra shipping fee due to personal reasons will not be taken by PandaAirsoft.


D) Your order can be tracked in details only when it arrives in US Facility or other countries. Kindly allow 2-3 working days of shipment, even possible “not found ". Thanks for your patience. Should you have any question, please reach out to our service center: .


4. P.O. Boxes


We ship to PO Box or APO/FPO addresses. For USA, Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes are sent via USPS Priority Mail. Overnight and express deliveries are not available for these destinations.


5. Inactive or Invalid Tracking Number?


If you have selected a shipping method that is traceable, please be advised that tracking numbers do not become active on most couriers' websites until after the delivery drivers pick up and scan the packages. In most cases, the initial tracking information will not show up in their online tracking systems until the packages have reached the main sorting facilities (generally after 8:00pm P.S.T. on the day they are picked up).


Please refer to your Order Status page or your Shipping Confirmation email to see when the package was queued for shipment from our production facility.


Please check with your local postal service for all other regional restrictions and observed holidays that may delay receipt of your shipment.


For older orders, the shipping courier may have expired your tracking number. Please contact Customer Support if you have further questions about your order.


Once you have received your shipping confirmation, please contact Customer Support if your package is taking longer to be delivered than was indicated to you.


6. Backorders & Cancellations


If you place an order for an item that is not available for immediate shipment, it will be backordered. You will be informed if an item is backordered when you add it to your basket or within ten days of placing your order. You will also be given an approximate shipment date. You will not be charged for backordered items until they ship.


In the event that a backordered item is part of your order, we reserve the right to cancel the item or ship your order in multiple packages. If an item is cancelled from your order for any reason, you will not be charged for the item.
